9:00 – 9:45 The Salvation Army on its SATERN program and the progress it is making in using various forms of digital and other high-tech communications sources for emergency communications during disasters.  During that presentation, Bill will be talking about Salvation Army Digital nets, Territorial Satellite / Radio Communications Trailer and recently constructed WB5ALM remote control amateur radio station as well as a very brief overview of the SATERN (Salvation Army Team Emergency Radio Network) in general.
